The union locals of the MINK (Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas) Pipe Trades comprises a standing work force of the safest, best trained, and most productive plumbers, pipefitters, sprinkler fitters, and HVACR technicians available.

We promise that our union workforce is safer than non-union. And, we have the statistics to prove it!

The MINK Pipe Trades workforce is over TWO TIMES SAFER than their non-union counterparts. Ten hours of OSHA training results in fewer accidents and lower workmen comp rates – a savings for the end-user! (OSHA statistic from 1/1/02 through 7/1/04).
